Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Powerwash World at powerwashworld.cc or as an installed app (the "Game"), run by Mario Younis ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. The Game is free
Powerwash World is free to play. There are no purchases, subscriptions or ads. Coins, washer designs, colors and other items in the Game are earned by playing, have no real-world value, and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
2. Accounts
You can play without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and only keeps your saved game in your account so it follows you between devices. You are responsible for your Google account; we never see your Google password. Use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Fair use
Please play nicely. You agree not to:
- attack, overload, or try to break into the Game's servers or other players' saves;
- use automated tools to flood the service, or store anything other than game saves through it;
- use the Game for anything unlawful.
We may block access, or delete saves, that break these rules or harm the service.
4. Our content
The Game, including its code, art, music, voices and story, belongs to us or our licensors. You may play it and share screenshots and videos of your play, including on streaming and video sites. You may not copy, resell or republish the Game itself or its assets without permission. Open-source parts of the Game (such as three.js) are covered by their own licenses.
5. Saves and changes to the Game
The Game is a work in progress. We may add, change or remove districts, features or items at any time, and occasionally an update may reset or change progress. Saves kept only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data. We will try to keep your progress safe, but we can't promise it will never be lost. We may also pause or stop running the Game.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or run on every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US $50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
